I got the call on Friday - the regular San Antonio FC host could not make the game, and they were in need of a fill-in. Now, I recently joined the Spurs emcee team, but I haven’t even started training. I think I’m the only person on the team with no actual in-game or on-field experience, so I knew that if the request got alllllll the way down the list to me, the situation must be dire (lol)! So, I said “yes.” It was SO FUN! I had the best time and really enjoyed working with the entire crew.
