After months of seeing it on Instagram, and not being able to find it for purchase, I decided to MAKE the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar with pistachio filling at home! It was DELICIOUS! I’ve since learned that there are a few places around San Antonio selling the bar - Like Delice on 1604 and Baklova in the Med Center.
