If you DoorDash on the side, beware of this scam a delivery guy posted about on TikTok. Scammers will order something cheap or free, like a single sauce packet from Taco Bell. Then you’ll get a call from someone claiming they’re with DoorDash and that the order was fraudulent. They could also claim to be a cop.

But it’s really the person who ordered the sauce packet calling through the DoorDash app. And the whole thing is a setup to gain access to your account and steal your money. They might even ask for your credit card info and claim it’s to make sure you get “paid” for your time.
