I was worried about Catniss because her “meows” had turned silent for a couple weeks. “Phantom Meows” is how I described it. She would still do the movement with her mouth, but no sound would come out. First, I was thinking it might be allergies, but after a while, I got worried it was something more serious and took her to the vet. Catniss meowed (full sound) all the way there, in protest... So, I guess she was faking it? Anyway, it was still good for her to go and get the checkup and they still treated her in case there was some inflammation. She’s doing great now! Extra chatty!
