Culkin and Song have been together for four years and are the parents of 9-month-old Dakota Song Culkin, E! News reported.
Their son was born in April and was named after Culkin’s late sister, People magazine reported.
Song, 33, was seen wearing a ring on her left hand as recently as Tuesday while walking around Beverly Hills, US Weekly reported.
This will be the first marriage for Song, People magazine reported.
Culkin, 41, was married to Rachel Miner from 1998 to 2002.
